COURSE DESCRIPTION

This e-learning course on Gender-Based Violence (GBV) in Vocational Education and Training (VET) aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of GBV within VET contexts. Participants (Teachers & Staff, Students, Parents) will explore the social constructs of gender, various forms of violence, and how they manifest in educational and work-based environments. The course will address the unique vulnerabilities of marginalized groups, the role of gender norms, and the profound impacts of GBV on learning and career development. Learners will also engage with legal and ethical considerations and the importance of creating supportive, safe reporting mechanisms in VET institutions.
